Ingredients
250 gm Sliced Paneer (increasing gm of paneer will increase the quantity of below given ingredients)
2 TSP curd/dahi
1/2 TSP salt
1 TSP red chilli powder
1 TSP Besan
1 Lemon
1 TSP Ghee
1 Sliced Onion
1 Sliced Capcicum
1 Sliced Tomato
2-3 Sliced green Chillies
Steps
- First of all you have to take a bowl of 500 gm or something
- Add 2 TSP curd in it,
- Add 1/2 TSP salt,
- Add 1 TSP red chilli powder in it,
- 1 TSP Besan or you can add as per your preference.
- Squeeze 1 whole lemon and mix it well until gravy looks thicken and red and white in color,
- Then add 250 gm sliced paneer and marinate it gently so the gravy will stick to each paneer piece and also paneer will not get thrashed, keep it aside for around 15 mins.
- Take a Pan and put it on low flame and add 1 TSP ghee and spread it over the pan properly and let it heat a bit,
- Add the marinated paneer into the pan and cook it for 3-5 mins on medium flame,
- Then after cooking marinated paneer a bit, add all the sliced vegetables (as per your choice), mix it well and cook them for 2-3 minutes again,
- After cooking paneer and vegetables, the tasty paneer diet recipe for weight or for gym enthusiasts is ready to serve.
