Whenever I have some cravings to eat homemade food most of the time I only prefer to have this corn capsicum sabji because this sabji is tasty, flavorful and easy to make.

This sabji is an alternative to potato and paneer and gives me the perfect option to have my lunch or dinner meal at home with a juicy and crunchy flavor.

Ingredients

  • Chopped capsicum

  • Corn (As per your requirement)

  • 2 TSP Ghee

  • 1/2 TSP Cumin Seed

  • 1/4 Turmeric Powder

  • 1 TSP Coriander Powder

  • 1/2 Ginger Paste

  • 2 Tomatoes

  • 2 Green Chillies

  • 12-15 Cashews

  • 1/4 Red Chilly Powder

  • 1/2 Salt

  • 1/2 Cup Water

  • 1/4 Garam Masala

Recipe:

  • First off, take a non-stick pan and put it on the stove with low flame.
  • Add all ghee, cumin seed, turmeric powder, coriander powder and ginger paste and mix them well on low flame so the masala will not spoil.
  • Now take 2 tomatoes and 2 green chillies with cashews and grind them in the mixer well and add them in the Pan with other masala’s.
  • Now add a bit of red chilly powder (as per your taste).
  • Keep stirring the masala and till then will make our capsicum and corn ready.
  • Take another Pan put it on low flame and add 2 TSP ghee, Corn and Capsicum.
  • Now add 1/2 salt into the corn and capsicum and keep mixing them until they are crunchy enough.
  • Now after your masala is ready, add 1/2 cup of water, salt, coriander and garam masala to make the gravy and cook them well.
  • Add the crunchy corn and capsicum to the Pan with masala and mix them well.
    Now just keep them cooking for 4-5 Minutes on low flame.
  • Serve your crunchy, tasty and flavorful corn capsicum sabji on the plate and garnish it with coriander and ghee.

Pro Tip:

  • You can use ghee, Oil or Onion Garlic too to cook your desired sabji.
    You can also add the Paneer and have corn capsicum paneer sabji ready.
    Keep the Cooking on low flame.
  • Serving:
    You can serve the corn capsicum sabji with the Rice, Chapati, Naan or Paratha.
